PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simplified apparatus for erecting/moving a signboard. SOLUTION: Two portions of a rectangular metal plate is bent upwards at a 90°angle to be formed into a trough-shaped base, and the upper edges of the parallelly erected plates are provided with anti-skid sawteeth. A rectangular pipe into which the leg of the signboard is inserted and fixed, is provided between the parallelly erected plate. In order to turn the rectangular pipe within a 160°angle from side to side, a supporting point is set to the lower portion of the rectangular pipe and a shaft is bridged horizontally between the supporting point and the parallelly erected plates. A rectangular ring to be manually slid up and down and engaged with the sawteeth is provided around the upside of the rectangular pipe, and the rectangular pipe is semi-fixed at an arbitrary angle within 160°from side to side. Mortar is piled on the outer surfaces of the parallelly erected plate of the base and the outer surface of its bottom as a protector and a weight for the base. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
