<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for diagnosing a vehicle electrical system capable of checking connection of the vehicle electrical system being assembled so as to easily define an error in connection even when all electrical devices or device controllers are not assembled. <P>SOLUTION: The vehicle electrical system 1 includes a plurality of electrical devices 2 to 8 installed on a vehicle, and a plurality of device controllers 16 to 22 provided with predetermined data and connected via a wire harness to the electrical devices 2 to 8 so as to control the electrical devices 2 to 8, and a bus line 23 for alternately connecting the device controllers 16 to 22 so as to transmit a signal corresponding to the predetermined data. A method for diagnosing the vehicle electrical system 1 includes steps of checking a state of a signal corresponding to the data transmitted from the bus line 23, and diagnosing connection between the electrical devices 2 to 8 and the device controllers 16 to 22 and among the device controllers 16 to 22, and displaying a diagnosed result. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
