摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a layered fiber assembly for forming a three-dimensional sheet, capable of forming sufficient projected shape on the surface by heat treatment at a sufficiently high rate of shrinkage, thus reducing the production cost of the sheet through shortening heat treatment time, and to provide a method for producing the three-dimensional sheet using the fiber assembly. SOLUTION: The layered fiber assembly 10 is such one that a heat-shrinkable fiber layer 1 comprising heat-shrinkable fibers and a non-heat-shrinkable fiber layer 2 are layered on each other and both of the fiber layers are partly joined, wherein the maximum heat shrinkage stress of the heat-shrinkable fibers is 0.70-3.00 mN/dtex. The method for producing the three-dimensional sheet comprises subjecting the layered fiber assembly 10 to heat treatment at a temperature higher than the shrinkage initiation temperature of the heat-shrinkable fibers to effect heat shrinkage of the heat-shrinkable fiber layer 1 to obtain the objective three-dimensional sheet 20 where portions other than the joints 3 between the heat-shrinkable fiber layer 1 and the non-heat-shrinkable fiber layer 2 are projectedly raised.
