PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To output an assembly scene via a low throughput by reducing a data volume handled for the output of the assembly scene.

SOLUTION: A hard disk 3 stores a CAD file 7 storing three-dimensional data on an assembly made of a plurality of parts, and a part data extraction part 8 extracts three-dimensional data on every part from the three-dimensional data on the assembly. According to the obtained three-dimensional data on every part, a bit map output part 9 creates two-dimensional bit map image data representing an image of the part viewed from a given direction. A management data creation part 20 creates a management table describing a procedure for outputting a picture of an assembly scene using two-dimensional data on parts. A file 23 of the management table and a file 10 of the two-dimensional data are passed to an assembly scene outputting PC, which in turn outputs the assembly scene.
