PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To convert transmitted information, which is simple information as before, into information effective for the other side and one's own side to use by actuating an application software in a mobile communication navigation system on the other side and processing and modifying the information communicated by radio. SOLUTION: The mobile communication navigation system comprises a location input means for inputting the location of a movable body; a radio communication means for communicating information with another apparatus by radio; an arithmetic and control means for computing and controlling information used by the mobile communication navigation system; a man interface means for transmitting both the results of arithmetic operation and the intention of an operator; and the application software using a CPU (central processing unit) and a memory (storage means). In the mobile communication navigation system, the software is activated by information acquired through the radio communication means, and the information on the results of arithmetic operation based on locational data acquired from the location input means is stored in the storage means.
