PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic flowmeter improved in measuring precision and miniaturized by eliminating a drift generated at a curved part or a sectional area reduced part of the flowing passage near a control valve. SOLUTION: The flow meter is so constituted that a connecting pipe 25 is provided between a measuring part and the control valve 23 in a measuring passage 1, wherein a drift restraining means is provided. Thereby, the drift generated at an upstream side affects no effect to the measuring part, therefore the measuring precision is improved as well as the degree of freedom in design is improved and the restraints on piping condition are reduced.
