PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spacer tape for the protection of film substrate fixing a film substrate without fail and preventing it from slipping away and being rubbed. SOLUTION: The spacer tape comprises a tape itself 51 which is placed between film substrates 50 and 50 to protect a wound film substrate 50 and stair-like projections 52 and 53 formed on both ends in the long side of the tape 51 to hold the film substrate 50. The spacer tape 5 prevents the film substrate 50 from slipping away since the projections 52 and 53 hold the substrate. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
