<p>A foldable and sealable packet (20) is provided which contains a bar coded symbol, and folding perforations (36) and tear-off perforations (38). The packet preferably also contains human readable information. In one embodiment, the packet is used to contain medication for a patient. In such a case, patient caregiver instructions are electronically received, and the foldable and sealable packet is produced containing the medication. The packet containing the medication is then provided to the patient.</p> |
