PURPOSE: Provided is a blue chemiluminescence polymer phosphor, which is less harmful than conventional monomer phosphors and effectively transfers the energy converted from the chemical energy. CONSTITUTION: The blue chemiluminescence polymer phosphor comprising diphenylanthracene phosphor units is obtained by the polycondensation of the diphenylanthracene unit represented by the formula 1 with a C2-C12 halogenated hydrocarbon through an ether bond, wherein R is H or CH3. The blue chemiluminescence polymer phosphor is used in a chemiluminescence composition together with a chemical energy transferring system consisting of oxalate/peroxide/organic base that is capable of providing the chemical energy for the luminescence of the phosphor.
