The process for illuminateing colinear spaces is characterized in that it diffuses the samples multiplied, by repeating them with a certain frequency, of a very concentrated light source for an optimal number of linearly arranged places to be illuminated and whose illumination is made by reflecting the samples of the high spatial concentration light flux of the source, a reflector, by some specular segments, said flux being multiplied by synchronized - interlaced - succesive rotation on the considered linear segment and using the results of the antropoillumination according to the Ferry-Porter logarithmic law. According to the invention, the illumination installation comprises a very concentrated light source (1) located inside a reflector (2) which discharges a cylindrical light flux (3) which, in its way, meets some reflectant elements (4) aerodinamically encapsulated, each arranged in diametrally oposed pairs for compensation, on a rotor (5), said elements being actuated by a small electrical motor (6) which rotates them in a synchronous-interlaced-succesive manner, so that the light flux (3) can freely pass in front of each rotor (5), as long as its reflectant elements (4a and 4b) are outside the light flux (3), so that only a sole reflectant element (4c) is in front of the flux (3).
