PURPOSE: A structure for opening and closing a front panel of an air conditioner is provided to allow easy coupling of a front panel and a discharge grill. CONSTITUTION: A structure includes a front panel(56) allowing air to be introduced and discharged, and having first coupling holes(91) formed on a front lower part thereof; a suction panel(62) having a lower end connected to a lower side of the first coupling holes of the front panel by a detachable hinge to open and close a front center of the front panel; a discharge grill(78) having second coupling holes(92) formed thereon correspondingly with the first coupling holes of the front panel, and placed on a lower part of the front panel; a motor(64) installed on the front panel; and a link unit interlocked with the motor to rotate the suction panel, and connected to the suction panel to allow the lower end of the suction panel is placed in front of upper sides of the first coupling holes when the suction panel is separated from the front panel to allow coupling members to be coupled to the first coupling holes and the second coupling holes. |
