PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve combustion by promoting carburetion of fuel of a heater provided in an intake passage, and improve mixture of vaporized fuel and air. SOLUTION: In order to achieve the object, this fuel feeder is provided with a port fuel injection valve disposed near an intake port of each cylinder, a throttle valve disposed in a main intake passage, a sub-passage formed by a partition wall provided in an intake passage downstream from the throttle valve and having a passage sectional area smaller than the sectional area of the main intake passage, the heater provided in the sub-passage, and an upstream fuel injection valve for injecting fuel so that some or the whole of injected fuel adheres to the heater. In the feeder, the opening part of the sub-passage is disposed adjacent to a position where an opening area between the throttle valve and the main intake passage wall surface becomes largest at a low throttle opening.
