Large area plastic building elements - produced by jointing honeycomb units

The elements are produced by edge-bonding together a number of rectangular units. Each unit consists of layers of thin corrugated plastic film, adjacent layers being laid at 90 degrees to each other and bonded together at points of contact. Equipment to produce the element joints the units together by dipping the edges in an adhesive soln, presses the edges together, and dries the joints using hot air jets.
