PURPOSE: An advertisement billboard and a fabrication method thereof are provided, which are appropriate for expressing a solid advertisement paragraph to increase advertisement effect. CONSTITUTION: In order to form a number of light transmission holes(22) on a transparent or semi-transparent panel(21), a printed layer(23) is formed by printing other area except the above light transmission hole with color ink. The panel having the above printed layer is pressed in a metallic cast and is molded to have a flat part and a bent part. Then, the molded panel is installed on a front of a frame(10) where a light source is embedded.
