PURPOSE: A cover hinge device of a cellular phone is provided to extend a life of a hinge module by reducing abrasion caused on the hinge module according to a cover's rotation, and to mount a pickup camera for video communication, thereby stabilizing an installed state of the pickup camera and preventing the camera from being lost. CONSTITUTION: A housing unit(1300) is fixed into a cover(1200), one end thereof is hinge-coupled with a body(1100), and consists of the first housing(1310) and the second housing(1320) combined together at certain intervals. A camera housing(1400) is reciprocally coupled between the first housing(1310) and the second housing(1320). A pickup camera(1500) is installed on the camera housing(1400). A clutch unit(1600) coupled between the second housing(1320) and the body(1100) brakes a rotational force more than a certain level while opening and closing the second housing(1320).
