<p>A fiber treatment composition is presented comprising a blend of organomodified silicones which deposits more evenly and durably than prior art conditioners on a variety of fibers, especially hair, of differing levels of damage. This is achieved by operating with organomodified silicones within a defined hydrophilicty range.</p> |
