<p>A combination device (1) for gastrostomy or jejunostomy usage having a retaining member (2), an elongated member (3) having a gastrostomy lumen (20) and a jejustomy lumen (22), and an inflatable balloon (26) mounted on the elongated member (3). The retaining member (2) is of a low profile and is arranged to be located on the skin adjacent a stoma in the abdominal wall through which the elongated member (3) extends. The balloon (26) seals the stoma about the elongated member (3). The retaining member (2) includes at least one access port (14/16) to communicate with respective ones of the lumens. The device (1), related compositions, and processes can prevent and/or treat granulomas.</p> |
