PURPOSE: A structure of a vacuum pad for transporting work is provided to stably move the work regardless of status of a surface of the work. CONSTITUTION: A vacuum pad comprises an adsorption member(2) joined to a supporting member(1) having an air discharge channel formed thereon, and made of flexible material to be attached on work(W) and to generate vacuum adhesiveness. A sander(3) is attached on an inside of the adsorption member to generate friction with the work. The sander comprises a base fixed on a mounting surface(2a) recessed along the inside of the adsorption member with adhesive; fixing material attached on the base with adhesive; and frictional material protruding from the fixing material at regular intervals to generate friction with the work. The mounting surface and the adsorption member are made of urethane or silicon. The frictional material is scattered on the fixing material made of non-woven fabric, and fixed with strong adhesive. Size of the frictional material is various to maximize frictional force. A diameter of the sander is smaller than that of the adsorption member to allow the sander to be attached on the inside of the adsorption member.
