PURPOSE: An apparatus for fixing a diffuser for an air conditioner is provided to fix the diffuser to a ceiling plate without coupling a screw so as not to damage the ceiling plate. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of diffuser fixers(8) are extended from a bottom of a diffuser(1), penetrate inner circumferential surface of a connecting tube(2), and inserted into a ceiling plate(3). The diffuser fixers are inserted to the bottom of the diffuser in at least three directions. The diffuser fixer is made of an elastic steel wire or steel with angular section, and bent to have a fixed part(10) formed on an upper end thereof, and a knob(11) formed on a lower end thereof. A pair of legs(9) are formed between the fixed part and the knob to be separated from each other from side to side. Pairs of leg holes(6) are formed on the connecting tube in at least three directions to allow the legs to be inserted thereto. A fixing pieces(7) is formed on an upper part of the leg hole and bent inward to allow the fixed part of the diffuser fixer to be inserted and fixed thereto, respectively.
