The bag has flat front and rear sides and an edge which is arched at the top and is closed by a sliding clasp fastener. The arched top of the bag hangs on the arched top member (4) of the clothes hanger (2). The hanger has a hook (8) with an upstanding peg (14) adjacent to it. The peg has a hollow central space (16). There is a main crosspiece (6) at the bottom of the hanger and an additional short crosspiece (10) at a higher level, with upstanding projections (12).
