The system has a central data processing system (26) with vehicles booked for loading stored in memory using identification values uniquely identifying vehicles, an electronically and/or optoelectronically readable portable data medium (24) for storing/reading at least one association value for a data record of a vehicle ready for loading and at least one portable display (27) with a wireless connection to the central data processing system.
