PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a method for culturing Sparassis crispa. SOLUTION: This method for culturing the Sparassis crispa comprises pressing a mushroom bed formed in the bottom portion of the opening 12 of a mushroom culture bottle to surely attach the mushroom bed 30 to the culture medium 20, scattering the hyphae of a mushroom different from the Sparassis crispa on the mushroom bed 30, covering the upper end opening of the bottle opening 12 with first and second caps 50, 60, ensuring the ventilation of a proper amount of air between the inside and outside of the mushroom culture bottle 10, simultaneously preventing the drying of the culture medium 20 and the mushroom bed 30, germinating the carpophore 70 of the Sparassis crispa from the mushroom bed 30 on which the hyphae of the different mushroom were scattered, growing the carpophore on the inside of the bottle opening 12, and then removing the second cap 60 to largely grow the carpophore 70 of the Sparassis crispa upward from the mushroom culture bottle 10, until harvested.
