PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a hanger label, which can be used as a multi-purpose label for such as a post card and enables many information to be printed and indicated, to be easily opened by breaking the seal part with the opening mark remained good-looking in appearance, and make the reuse of the label after opening easy. SOLUTION: The hanger label is provided with a first sheet 1 connecting to the lower end of a hanger sheet 5 via a fold (a) and a second sheet 2 connected to the one side end of the first sheet 1 via a fold (b). The second sheet 2 is folded up and overlapped on the first sheet 1 via the fold b with the same size as of the first sheet. A separation perforated line 3 is provided at the upper and lower ends of both of the first sheet 1 and the second sheet 2. A adhesion seal part 4, where the upper and the lower end parts on the inside surface overlapped by the first sheet and the second sheet at the outside of the separation perforated line are adhered and sealed, is provided.
