PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the usability of a garbage disposal system by enabling a user to select an agitation controlling method. SOLUTION: This garbage disposal system is provided with a garbage housing container 1 for housing garbage, a heating means 3 for heating the garbage in the garbage housing container 1, a dry sensor 5 for indirectly or directly detecting the temperature of the garbage, an agitating means 2 for agitating the garbage in the garbage housing container 1, and a switching means 12 for enabling the user to change the agitating frequency of the agitating means 2, and can realize the finish degree of dry garbage which satisfies the user's request.
