PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic flocking apparatus generating no flocking irregularity even if flocking is applied to the inner surface of an object to be flocked having recessed parts and capable of shortening a work time. SOLUTION: This electrostatic flocking apparatus for flocking the recessed parts of the object to be flocked having the recessed parts with short fibers is equipped with a short fiber supply means for supplying short fibers into a flocking chamber, a fixture for fixing the object to be flocked coated with an adhesive within the flocking chamber, a means for electrically earthing the fixture and blowing short fibers against the recessed parts of the object to be flocked in the flocking chamber through an electrode generating an electric field around the object to be flocked. The means for blowing short fibers against the recessed parts of the object to be flocked attains its function via a replaceable nozzle for locally blowing short fibers against the recessed parts of the object to be flocked.
