INTRACARDIAC SUTURE APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for performing a low invasive operation to a defect inside a heart without using a pump oxygenator. SOLUTION: This apparatus comprises a first shaft member 1 including a first shaft 11 and having a first suture needle grip means 4 at the tip; a second shaft member 2 including a second shaft 21; a third shaft member 3 including a third shaft 31 and an operating part 33; and a puncture member 5 having a second suture needle grip means 51 at the tip. The second shaft 21 is projected from the tip of the first shaft 11 and slidable toward the first suture needle grip means 4. The second shaft 21 is slid into a position where a sutured portion is held between the first suture needle grip means 4 and the second shaft 21. When the third shaft 31 is slid to the tip of the slid second shaft 21, a suture needle 6 can be delivered between the first suture needle grip means 4 and the second suture needle grip means 51.
