SOLUTION: Target braking/driving force FOR is set by a vehicle speed servo unit 51 based on target speed V* that is calculated by a target vehicle speed operation unit in normal occasions. A throttle openingθis set based on the target braking/driving force FOR. When driving wheel torque for operating on a driving wheel changes from a direction for suppressing the rovolution of the driving wheel concerned to an acceleration direction, a rate of increase in the target braking/driving force FOR is limited to a specific value or less by a limiter 52, and the throttle openingθis set based on the limited target braking/driving force FOR.
