PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment method of food-related waste which allows the perfect degradation even for the hardly degradable food-related waste such as bean-curd refuse, bran and rice bran and produces almost no discharge (secondary waste). SOLUTION: In a wet state formed by adding water to one kind or more of bean-curd refuse, bran and rice bran or to the food-related waste containing the same, a high-temperature bacteria flora which produces a heat-resistant enzyme group is cultured and the food-related waste is degraded therein.
