PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a termite-exterminating agent easily used at a place where conventionally used oil agents or powdery agents are hardly used, and also capable of exterminating the termite living at the place where the conventional agents hardly reach effectively. SOLUTION: This termite-exterminating agent is obtained by dissolving 2,3,5,6-tetrafluorobenzyl (+)-1R,trans-3-(2,2-dichlorovinyl)-2,2- dimethylcyclopropanedicarboxylate in liquefied carbon dioxide gas without using an organic solvent simultaneously, and the method for terminating the termite by spraying the agent is also provided.
