<p>PURPOSE:To recycle resources by utilizing city waste ash and adding highly basic calcium chlorosilicate, etc., as main components. CONSTITUTION:10-50wt.% of city waste ash, highly basic calcium chlorosilicate or calcium chloroaluminate, shells, dry sludge powder, life/industrial wastes, a chlorine-containing substance, etc., are compounded. The obtained composition is mixed with a calcareous substance and a clayey mineral as controlling components in desired amounts. The mixture is calcined at 1100-1400 deg.C. When or after ground, the calcination product is mixed with a desired amount of gypsum to provide an environmentally harmonizing hydraulic composition having a Blaine specific surface area of >=2000cm<2>/g.</p> |
