FIELD: food-processing industry. SUBSTANCE: condensed milk comprises basic raw milk material and flavoring additive, such as cocoa-sugar syrup. Fat used in condensed milk is milk fat available in basic raw milk material comprising mixture of natural milk with basic fattiness of 3.7 and reconstituted dried fat-free milk, said mixture being condensed so that it has the following component ratio after boiling out, wt%: dry substances 18.0-30.0; sugar 43.5-52.0; milk fat 2.0-8.0; dry cocoa 2.5-10.0; water the balance.
