FIELD: organic chemistry, chemical technology, pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: invention describes derivatives of adamantine of the general formula (I): wherein x = 1 or 2; A represents group CH2; B represents hydrogen or halogen atom; R represents phenyl, pyridyl or indolyl group being each of that can be substituted with halogen atom, amino-group, nitro-group, C1-C6-alkyl, 3-8-membered heterocyclyl, C1-C6-alkylsulfinic group, C1-C6-alkoxy-group, C1-C6-alkylamine, benzyl, C1-C6-alkylthio-group, phenylthio-group and others. Invention relates also to method for preparing compound of the formula (I). Invention represents pharmaceutical composition eliciting antagonistic activity with respect to receptors P2X7 and method for its preparing. Invention provides development of compounds showing effectiveness as antagonists of receptor P2X7 for their using in treatment of inflammatory, immune and cardiovascular diseases.
