FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has working part connected to driver and at least one removable plate. The plate is mountable on tissues and is located in the working part. The working part has body having at least one movable cover kinematically bound to the drive that is of special purpose structure having external surface for smoothing tissues. The plate has at least one curative coating and/or is made of a medicament and mounted on movable feeding unit. The movable feeding unit is enclosed into the sealed device body for pressing the plate to tissues. The feeding unit is kinematically bound to the drive.
