PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dynamic lighting system of LEDs capable of realizing an inexpensive, space-saving, and wiring-saving configuration without using hardware for a special purpose. SOLUTION: The dynamic lighting system of LEDs is comprised of a LED display part constituted of a plurality of digits of 7-segment figure displaying LEDs, a latching circuit for holding display data for dynamically lighting the LEDs, a latching circuit for holding the digit data, a microcomputer, LED control memory which is controlled by the microcomputer and stores the display data and digit data for lighting the LEDs, a control port which is controlled by the microcomputer and outputs the display data and digit data, and a timing generation circuit for generating transfer timing at predetermined intervals corresponding to a time for lighting the LEDs.
