摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation method for a melting furnace enabling uniform temperature rise in the furnace, elongating the life of the furnace without causing thermal stress on a furnace wall due to a temperature difference, and achieving the shortest-time starting operation of the furnace with the uniform temperature rise in the furnace, and also to provide operation control device thereof, and a gasification melting system. SOLUTION: The operation control device for the melting furnace comprises temperature rise burners 14, 15 and combustion air introducing mechanisms (combustion air inlets 16, 16 and dampers 25, 29) for introducing combustion airs 24, 28 into the furnace. Generated gas 18 containing ashes and unburnt carbon is introduced, the unburnt carbon and the generated gas 18 are burnt at a high temperature and the ashes are melt into molten slag. A control unit 21 has the function of igniting the temperature rise burner 14 in the state of introducing excess combustion air into the furnace via the combustion air introducing mechanism before igniting the temperature rise burner 14, gradually increasing the output thereof and giving the uniform temperature rise to the whole furnace.
