PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch key capable of a safe operation without destruction or malfunction even if a person with a static may touch an electrode part, for one used for various kinds of electric equipment, especially, an electromagnetic cooker. SOLUTION: By constituting of a plate part made of an electric insulator, an electrode part fitted on front and rear faces of the plate part, a conductive path fitted on either of the electrodes and arranged in the vicinity of an object on a grounding potential, a reliable touch key can be provided without destruction or malfunction even if a person with a static may touch an electrode part.
