PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of external connection terminals whereby a speaker is downsized. SOLUTION: A hook part 22a of an upper frame 22 and an engagement section 21a of a lower frame 21 are engaged with each other and combined to form a frame 2 of the speaker 1. A yoke 3 is embedded to the lower frame 21, and a permanent magnet 4 and a top plate 5 are fixed to the yoke 3. A diaphragm 7 having a protector 8 and a voice coil 6 fixed thereto is incorporated into the upper frame 22. A pair of lead frames 9 embedded to the upper frame 22 which electrically connects a winding wire terminal 6a and the external connection terminals are exposed around the upper end of a pair of insertion holes 22c to which compression coil springs 10 formed to part of the upper frame 22 are inserted. A straight line part 10a at the tail end of the coil spring 10 is inserted to the center hole 9c of the exposed part and soldered. The coil springs 10 overlap in the planar direction of the diaphragm 7 and placed under the diaphragm 7 in the cross sectional direction. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
