摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of controlling the combustion of a regenerative burner heating furnace capable of adjusting an exhaust gas temperature on a heat reserve body outlet side to a specified temperature without using any complicated device control by automatically changing a PB rate even if operating conditions are varied. <P>SOLUTION: When the PB rate as the factor of an exhaust gas suction amount set expression is changed so that the exhaust gas temperature on the heat reserve body outlet side of a regenerative burner becomes a target temperature and, based on the exhaust gas suction amount set value calculated by using the PB rate, the opening of an exhaust gas flow control valve is controlled, the exhaust gas temperature on the heat reserve body outlet side is measured for each switching cycle of the regenerative burner. Only when such a state that the moving averaged value of a plurality of temperature differences across the measured values is within a specified temperature is continued by a specified cycles or more, the state is determined to be saturated. The PB rate is changed in increments of a specified value and the judgment on saturation is repeated. When the state is saturated, the PB rate is changed in increments of the specified value so that the exhaust gas temperature on the heat reserve body outlet side reaches a target set temperature. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
