<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that useful information can not be obtained in many cases because a considerable number of reply results is not collected as a reply is troublesome, or because a content of the result is not truthful, even when a questionnaire is executed to acquire personal information of a customer, and such a problem that the questionnaire as to the information concerned in privacy of the person is difficult to be executed in some category of enterprises. <P>SOLUTION: In the present invention, data used for marketing are proposed to be acquired and utilized, based on an input of personal data executed by the customer desiring estimation of affinity diagnosis or the like, in order to solve the problems hereinbefore. The customer is expected to input accurate information for the estimation of the affinity diagnosis or the like, without having troublesome feeling.
