<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism capable of evaluating easily the quality level of its own process by a supplier itself, capable of exhibiting the quality level of the own process to a buyer, and capable of exhibiting easily a required quality level to a production process of a supplier by a buyer side, so as to solve a problem that the level of the production quality in a manufacturer is required to be easily grasp quantitatively for the purpose of acquiring efficiently a component of a high quality, because the most of business talks are business talks with enterprises with which no actual transaction result is, when global procurement is intended to be executed through the Internet. <P>SOLUTION: In this method of the present invention, a quality level evaluation program for evaluating quantitatively the quality level of the supplier is used out of a plurality of condition informations in the supplier production process.
