Static water oxygenation plant has wind-driven turbine wheel discharging air through blade trailing edges

A water treatment tower or aquaculture water supply has an oxygenation assembly which oxygenates slow-moving or static water. The oxygenation assembly consists of one or more lines of rotating multi-blade turbine blades discharging air through their trailing edges. Each line of turbine wheels and blades is submerged in water on a hollow shaft rotated by e.g. an impeller wheel. The hollow shaft has air outlets to channels in each turbine wheel. Each turbine wheel has a front half and rear half with air distribution channels to trailing edge outlets.
