The present invention relates to an external restitution and fixation device for osteoplasty. The device comprises four threaded rods and a stretch ring assembly, an immovable support assembly for osseous pins, a movable support assembly for osseous pins, a torsion ring assembly and an adjustment handle. All the assemblies and the handle are mounted on the threaded rods. An adjustment support assembly for osseous pins is mounted on the stretch ring assembly. The device further comprises an omnidirectional adjustment assembly mounted on the torsion ring assembly. All parts of the device are made of nonmetal materials. A drive mechanism and a computer may be combined with the device.
