The invention concerns meat, fish or vegetable products and sausage products, which contain a mass of food, mixed in with which is 1-40 percent of a jellied mass of spice, which contains 0.5-9 percent gelatin, carrageenin or modified starch, and 20-99 percent water and spices, and a method for production of these products.
