It comprises a suction and expulsion device (1) and tubular pipes (3, 4). The device (1) consists of a piston (5) moving in a leaktight manner in a cylindrical chamber (7) equipped on its lower part with a shoulder (11) acting as an end-of-travel stop for the piston (6). In a recess (10) in the bottom of the cylindrical chamber (7) emerge several compressed-air supply tubes (13) for assisting the piston (5) in its expulsion work and the two tubular pipes (3, 4). Each tubular pipe (3, 4) comprises a first section (3a, 4a), included between the recess (10) of the cylindrical chamber (7) and a three-way valve (17, 18), and two sections, one (3b, 4b) extending to the powder store (19, 20) and the other (3c, 4c) extending to the transfer point (21, 22) of the powder, respectively. The first section (3a, 4a) is equipped, at its end close to the recess (10), with a filter (15, 16) preventing the passage of the powder into the cylindrical chamber (7) during suction. <IMAGE>
