PURPOSE: A device for automatically converting and interpreting a composite script of the IP(Intellectual Property) is provided to use the offered composite script developed by a different composite tool for the SOC(System On Chip) design by converting, interpreting, and displaying the contents of each step in the offered composite script. CONSTITUTION: A transfer composite script input part(21) inputs the composite script of the offered IP. Composite script property storing parts(22) classify and store the property of each composite script developed by using various kinds of composite tools, and are used as a reference to extract a property signal for a using tool. A using design tool composite script input part(23) inputs the property signal of the composite design tool. Composite script property meaning parts(25) interpret and store the meaning of the composite script. A script interpretation station(24) automatically generates the composite script of the composite design tool by respectively inputting the property signal of the composite script and the using tool, and simultaneously displays the meaning of each step for the offered composite script.
