<p>A special mat with a grid pattern of securing bars (7) is fitted to the floor of the car boot so that any loose objects (9) can be safely secured on the mat by flexible straps (10) which link to the mat using hooked ends. The mat can be cut to any shape and can be rigid for strength. The securing bars can be spaced from the underside of the mat by grooves (7a) for easier fitting of the hooks. No securing walls etc. are required to secure the loads, and the edge of the mat can be lipped for added security.</p> |
