The present invention relates to a suction and injection assembly (1) at least comprising: a liquid holder (2) with an outlet opening (3); an injection needle (10, 12) with a needle mount (11, 13); and a suction needle (5) with a needle mount (14) which is secured to or in the outlet opening (3) of the liquid holder (2); in which assembly the suction needle (5) can be at least partially broken off at a breaking point (7), all this in such a manner that the breaking point (7), after the suction needle (5) has been at least partially broken off, forms a collar (9) to which the injection needle (10, 12) can be secured.
