The corrugated inner cover (2) is made of a compressible outer layer (7) and a heat reflecting and water resistant inner layer (3, 8) facilitating the adjustment to pipes (1) of various diameters and shapes. The elevations and depressions (9, 10) located at the outer surface are of a bigger size than the structure at the inner surface. The outer cover (4), attached to the thick insulating layer (6), is ideally reinforced with an integrated flexible grid (5).
