<p>A recording/reproduction device and recording/reproduction method capable of correlating data with previous information without recording duplicate information. The recording/reproduction device includes reproduction means (2) for reproducing main information recorded on a CD (1) and TOC information controlling the main information, recording means (7) for recording and reproducing the main information reproduced to an HDD (9) from the CD (1) and PBLIST (11) controlling the main information, delimiter detection means (4) for detecting a delimiter for each track of the main information, complete reproduction detection means (3) for detecting that the track is reproduced completely, update means (8) for updat6ing the PBLIST (11) recorded on the HDD (9) according to the detection results of the delimiter detection means (4) and the complete reproduction detection means (3), and generation means (5) for controlling to record the main information onto the HDD (9) according to the PBLIST (11) and updating the PBLIST (11) when the main information is recorded onto the HDD (9).</p> |
