PURPOSE:To improve a manufacture yield with a high degree of integration by greatly reducing component elements in number, by connecting one side terminals of two shunt circuits of self-holding circuits to emitter electrodes of 1st and 2nd transistors and other-side terminals to collector electrodes. CONSTITUTION:A couple of transistors 24 are connected each other at emitter electrodes and base electrodes are applied with an input signal; and self-holding circuits 26 and 27 are connected to collector electrodes of a couple of transistors 24 and either output is extracted as a count output. Here, respective one-side terminals of shunt circuits Q21 and Q24, and Q25 and Q28 of circuits 26 and 27 are coupled with emitter electrodes of transistors Q23 and Q24, and Q26 and Q27, or connected in common, and other-side terminals are connected to collector electrodes of corresponding transistors. Consequently, component elements are reduced in number greatly while maintaining the same performance to increase a degree of integration, thereby improving the manufacture yield. |
